- Receives transportation requests from eligible staff, schedules driver assignments, and dispatches drivers and vehicles.
- Assigns pick up and drop times and edits routes according to time and pick up order and zone restrictions.
- Maintain Budget of transportation.
- Informs staff of ride service locations.

-At least 3 years of experience in organizing transportation activities & other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum qualifications may be substituted.
Logistics/ Co-Ordination for Exports & Local Shipments, Knowledge of Import/Export LC Documentation and Typing skill.
To manage and perform all the estimate related work activities. •To ensure the review, inspection developing detailed scope of work and quotes for every project/job being enquired by the client. •To monitor the given job in progress with the estimated time frame and budgeted cost and plan. •To coordinate with other departments within the Company for issues relating to all kinds of resource plans for cost estimation of jobs. •Perform extent of work and risk management. •Prepare work estimation reports and report to management the progress of activities related to estimation on periodic basis. •To manage projects from feasibility stage to close-out.
Intermediate or higher vocational education ( maritime/ offshore), -2 years experience in maritime/ offshore industry, SHE-Q, -Seeking professional certification (Neboss International general certificate or higher) -Basic knowledge of safety & quality systems -Computer literate.
