We will require someone who is:
- A computer literate
- Able to handle office administration
- Capable of self-correspondence.
- Familiar with general secretarial skills.
Over all, a person who is willing to multi-task.
Receive construction equipment, and/or spare parts at the site with checking the conditions (quantity, quality and damage).

Direct mechanic staff to assemble construction equipment at delivery on site in accordance with their assemble manual.

Prepare the following documents at delivery of construction equipment, and vehicles.

Statutory registration sheet of construction equipment, vehicles
Mechanical running test sheet for operating permit
BDM should have experience in the business development of low vlotage, medium voltage, process automation, switch gear business. and His functional area should be business development. should have exposure in GCC. and from electrical background.
• Work with the Vice President to implement strategic priorities for the company projects in terms of commercial management, project management, • Support identification of potential new projects which can finance management • Develop business case for identified projects in be undertaken by the company • Lead local negotiations with potential consultation with the Vice President • Monitor day-to-day relationships with partners for ongoing developments , and establish metrics to analyze and track • Monitor necessary coordination to manage project sites performance of partners and logistics, project documentation, project cost and working capital.
A working knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and E-mail Well developed communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent customer focus. Good time management. Clear telephone manner and clear listening skills Team player. Flexible approach. Demonstrates drive and positive approach to work and a determination and motivation to achieve targets.
Knowledge Of: Principles and practices of administration, and Human Resources including some or all of the following: employment, testing, benefits, classification, compensation, employee relations, labor relations, and/or affirmative action/equal employment opportunity; principles and practices of supervision including leadership, team building, conflict resolution, training and performance evaluation; modern office practices including principles and practices of record keeping and confidentiality; computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, statistics, and presentation; English usage and business letter writing; report and presentation writing; and statistical analysis and business mathematics. Ability To: Organize, implement, and direct an assigned human resources unit;
