Preferred Qualification and Experience, Masters / Bachelor Degree in Engineering - Mechanical Discipline, With 8-12 Years of Experience out of which the last 5 years should be in the field of Heavy Lifting and Heavy Transportation Industry. Middle East Exposure would be an advantage.
The applicant should possess excellent communication and presentation skills; strong problem solving skills. Four year college degree in computer science, information systems or a related field is required.
Prepare the process audit plan across all project activities • Prepare and auditing questionnaire • Conduct surveys through questionnaire and/or interviews to study the pratices of OSP planners and designers related to OSP projects expansion • Examine all documents and forms used for the OSP activities • Enforce and ensure the use of the developed processes • Prepare the audit report • Prepare and propose improvement recommendations
Previous experience working in the Middle East or North Africa would be an advantage. o MBA qualififcation would be an advantage. o Previous experience with an International FMCG work within the Food/Beverage Sector and advantage. o A minimum of five years Brand/Marketing Management experience with an FMCG company. o A proven track record in building brands and launching new products. o Good communication and written English skills.
Main Responsibilities Contracts: • Working with the Recruitment department, issuing contracts in accordance, within the agreed HR policy framework, to new recruits and taking receipt of the contracts. • Seeking approval from the Head of People on all contracts before they are issued. • Ensuring all contracts are issued in the same format and style, with minimal recourse to any contractual changes. Al changes must be approved in writing by the Head of People. Government Relations: • Upon receipt of a signed contract, immediately start the visa and iqama process as is appropriate. • Develop a robust process which ensures that all parties are kept fully up to date with the progress of visa applications and ensure it is strictly followed. • Manage the Government relations team to ensure timely receipt of all visas. • Ensure that all avenues are explored and exploited in securing visas. Accommodation: • Oversee the management of all company held housing stock, including allocation to new arrivers. Dealing with compounds management to ensure smooth arrival and departure processes for all staff utilizing them. • Providing staff with support to find personal accommodation as and when required. • Issuing the relevant reference letters required for staff to take on their own leases. • Communicating with all incoming staff and new arrives on what they need to bring with them and do upon arrival. Transportation: • Maintain a list of preferred suppliers, with preferential rates for all staff in relation to car leasing or car and driver hire.
* Will be involved in sales and marketing planning, managing the supply chain, inventory management in country wise. * Will be involved in channel development that is develop various channel for sales development which is distribution channel, retail channel. * Will be responsible for channel marketing which includes Guide channel partner for development of campaigns such as: sell out programs, instore promotion, retail promotion. * Will be responsible for managing channel partners such as distributors, power retailers and also provide them adequate support and information to help them plan better. * Will be responsible to ensure implementing of marketing program along with the marketing team. * Will be responsible to provide regular reports to the Head of HHP division. * Will be responsible in regular communication to the distributors for advise on day to day sales and other activities.
