- Receives transportation requests from eligible staff, schedules driver assignments, and dispatches drivers and vehicles.
- Assigns pick up and drop times and edits routes according to time and pick up order and zone restrictions.
- Maintain Budget of transportation.
- Informs staff of ride service locations.
- Assists drivers with staff problems.
- Inspects vehicles for damage and compliance with safety standards.
- Observes driving skills and work habits of drivers in the field.
- Responds to problems in the field such as vehicle accident.
- Performs full range of supervisory duties over full-time and part-time van drivers.
- Updates mileage, usage, transportation, vehicle and other related reports.
- Analyzes staff needs and makes recommendations for developing, implementing, improving, and expanding transportation services.
- Updates the vehicle preventative maintenance schedule.
- Ensures the punctuality of drivers & staff.
-At least 3 years of experience in organizing transportation activities & other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum qualifications may be substituted.

Receive construction equipment, and/or spare parts at the site with checking the conditions (quantity, quality and damage).

Direct mechanic staff to assemble construction equipment at delivery on site in accordance with their assemble manual.

Prepare the following documents at delivery of construction equipment, and vehicles.

Statutory registration sheet of construction equipment, vehicles
Mechanical running test sheet for operating permit

Qualified land surveyor who has worked on pipelaying projects using a total station and the coordinates system. Should understand piping isometric drawings and be able to lead pipelaying crew on site. Minimum 4 years experience in the field preferably at least one year of which is in the gulf.
