Actively support HR Strategy and Vision through accurate and proactive management of HR Administration. To manage HR services. Control, and develop the day to day administration ensuring an efficient service to clients and staff in the provision of services and personnel to international locations in support of POS’ client base. To train local employees in all aspects of day to day administration and HR services.
At least 3 years of working experience, international environment is preferred.
Bachelor degree is preferred
Should have an excellent knowledge of Saudi Labor Law & Passport Office and all government documentation.
Excellent computer skills required, MS Office and internet
SAP knowledge is a BIG PLUS.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task with a diverse workload
Team player with pleasant personality, yet professional
Excellent verbal & written communication skills is a must
To assist the Payroll Team as well as to do the routine HR related works. Good communication skill (oral & written) in English & Arabic. Computer fluency . Translation skills will have added advantage.
1. Develop and oversee the implementation of the organization's Recruitment policy & procedures .
2. Ensure that the departmental manpower requirements are met.
3. Minimise the recruitment cost by monitoring the actual v/s budgeted cost periodically.
4. Assign the methods of recruitment. Supervise the process of placing advertisements for all
internal and external vacancies.
5. Negotiate contracts with external advertising agencies and recruitment consultants to secure
the most favorable terms for the organization.
6. Coordinate and manage recruitment, screen, interview applicants and appoint staff in
consultation with the line managers.
7. Supervise recrutiment & selection of UAE nationals.
8. Supervise all administration of recruitment & selection process.
9. Develop the Employee Handbook and ensure its rolled down to the new staff.
10. Supervise the New Joining Formalities and ensure that they undergo Induction traninig
programme.
11. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
