Mission He directs subcontractor activities for his own discipline, ensuring that Plant Construction works are performed according to the erection schedules and Project documents , within the assigned cost budget, and according to Quality and Safety Procedures. As well as according to the terms and conditions of the subcontract. One or more assistants to whom he may delegate some functions may support him Duties and Responsibilities: } Prior to the start of works, to check the Supplier ‘s material and technical documentation delivery schedule .Check that the same is in line with Construction schedules and contractual commitments } To check that the said schedule is kept to, and to promote action to recover any delay. } To check that the equipment and manpower employed by the Subcontractor is adequate and that the work conform to design documents, Safety regulations and to the Quality level fixed by the same. } To prepare non-conformity register for each Sub Contractor and coordinate non-conformity resolution. }

Following staff is required for its recently awarded multi million dollar mega projects in the field of Water Supply, Roads and Buildings. The project sites are located in Oman.

Candidates with minimum 2 - 4 years experience in estimation for Furniture / contracting / consturction industries.

The applicant should have a completed study in surveying and / or civil engineering with a minimum degree of a technician. The applicant must have a recent employment in any kind of road construction. Appropriate experience in use of AutoCAD program system. Basic knowledge in use of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of the English language in word and writing.
