Candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal and external marketing activities for our Dubai & Northern Emirates Area. The role involves publicity, media coverage, community relations, corporate image & special events in order to market the company image for hospitality and services.
• Handle ATL: coordinate between the clients and media publishing companies; prepare Ad release orders and cancellations; make media plans.
• Contact prospective clients by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services.
• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from clients.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter details into database.
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential clients/suppliers from sources such as telephone directories, magazines, and lists purchased from other organizations.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• Telephone or email to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
He will alongwith a small team be responsible for delivering the targets, strategising for the brand, forge strong client relationships, innovate advertising opportunities meeting client expectations. Should be a seasoned professional in Media Marketing, with at least 5 years experience, excellent presentation skills and ability to motivate and manage a team and having a keen sense of business opportunities.
Preference will be given to those with experience in business-to-business publications. Person will be responsible for attending press conferences, interviewing top managers/personalities, researching, writing stories and features, design coordination and generally assist the editor in bringing out the publications on time.
