1. Formulate brand wise and consolidated sales and marketing strategy and plans for the year in alignment with the company targets and objectives, for approval by the Marketing Manager.
2. Monitor achievement of brand wise sales, profit and turnover objectives.
3. Prepare weekly/monthly report for the brands, with corrective actions, for review by the Divisional Head.
4. Develop Brand advertising & Promotion strategy based on inputs provided by the team and in consultation with the Marketing Manager present the same to Divisional Head.
5. Provide inputs to the Marketing Manager for preparing Creative brief and media plan to the advertising agency.
