The candidate will be heading a team of Sales Managers. Will responsible to take the business towards the progressive path with comprehensive and innovative ways. Should have a clear vision of the upcoming and emerging markets in the Middle East. Should have made a mark for himself in selling IT solutions.
Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

5 to 10 years in steel wire industry at least 3-5 years in supervisory position is preferable.

Knowledge in various steel wire drawing for low carbon & high carbon steel, wire galvanizing, P.C. strand etc., computer knowledge is added advantage.
* Will be involved in sales and marketing planning, managing the supply chain, inventory management in country wise. * Will be involved in channel development that is develop various channel for sales development which is distribution channel, retail channel. * Will be responsible for channel marketing which includes Guide channel partner for development of campaigns such as: sell out programs, instore promotion, retail promotion. * Will be responsible for managing channel partners such as distributors, power retailers and also provide them adequate support and information to help them plan better. * Will be responsible to ensure implementing of marketing program along with the marketing team. * Will be responsible to provide regular reports to the Head of HHP division. * Will be responsible in regular communication to the distributors for advise on day to day sales and other activities.
Previous experience working in the Middle East or North Africa would be an advantage. o MBA qualififcation would be an advantage. o Previous experience with an International FMCG work within the Food/Beverage Sector and advantage. o A minimum of five years Brand/Marketing Management experience with an FMCG company. o A proven track record in building brands and launching new products. o Good communication and written English skills.
Actively support HR Strategy and Vision through accurate and proactive management of HR Administration. To manage HR services. Control, and develop the day to day administration ensuring an efficient service to clients and staff in the provision of services and personnel to international locations in support of POS’ client base. To train local employees in all aspects of day to day administration and HR services.
Candidate will be in charge of Rooms Division, Housekeeping & Laundry in a large operation. Candidate with minimum 3 Years experience as Director of rooms in a 5 star International chain is preferred.
