Financial Analyst
According to the Following:
purpose of Job
•To perform comprehensive financial analysis to assist and support the preparation of short and long term strategic plans and activities.
•Providing general business modeling, investment and market analysis and general international business research support.
•Focused primarily on business modeling and financial analysis to play an integral role in the evaluation of business opportunities and the construction of the business cases on prospective and active deals.
Job accountability & KPIs
•Preparation of project financial analysis including cash flows, phasing, sensitivity, funding, tax analysis.
•Integration of business plans with financial management systems.
•Standardizing and upgrading financial models.
•Managing and preparing and reviewing financial reports.
Qualifications
1. Master degree in Business Administration.
2. Investment banking / analysis.
3. Financial Risk Analysis.
4. Financial forecasting / modeling.
5. Data Analysis.
6. Microsoft applications.
7. 5 to 8 years work experience within relevant field of which not less than three years demonstrable experience in Financial analysis as well as constructing business models, valuation and return scenarios.
8. Experience in real estate transactions is preferred, but not required.
