To conduct familiarization visits according to the established standard operating procedures and sequence.
To Handle reservations and arrivals in order to ensure personal care.
To Handle the excursion programme.
To act as point of contact for Guests as and when needed.
To communicate with all guests and assist in any matter in strong coordination with the Asst. Camp Manager.
Meet Guests on arrival & departure in order to further enhance the profile of having a dedicated GRE.
To communicate activities, excursions and experiences to the guests.
To assist with physical checks of vacant ready villas for VIP & random checks of all Guest rooms.
To validate, analyze and further communicate the guest comments made during the various feedback opportunities and to act upon them where possible.
To take necessary corrective measures as & when appropriate with regard to deviations & shortcomings in Guest service procedures & action same immediately.
| Profile | Degree in Hotel Management. Should have 2yrs of experience in similar position. Willing to work in a isolated environment. |
