Organize, Develop & supervise the food production in the main kitchen as per standards & recipes developed by the executive Chef. Also to handle independently one of the satellite kitchens assigned to him.

Good public relational person. At least basic knowledge of 5 s and HACCP Systems. Good leadership qualities. Preferably a sous chef who has worked in a resort hotel familiar with the operation. |
