Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Agriculture or Dairy Technology / Equivalent major in Food Industry/dairy products
• Preferably minimum 8 years experience in FMCG, especially in the dairy industry in the production unit. Or related experience with in product marketing or a marketing related profession.
• Candidate should have extensive experience with customer interaction. Strong preference for the ability to create and deliver customer presentations in an effective manner.
• Must have very strong writing and communication skills.
• Technical proficiency should include strong understanding and familiarity with computers, operating systems, emulations, networking and product test procedures.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and goals oriented.
• Highly developed negotiation and problem-solving-skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence at all levels

Responsibilities:

• He will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of assigned product lines.
• He will contribute to all pre-launch, launch and other post launch products and activities that are necessary to help grow the company’s product lines. Contribute to on-going marketing activities that are necessary to help grow company’s product lines
• Act as focal point for all catalog requests. Review catalog pages and distribute to appropriate production manager. Be responsible for tracking all active company’s products, and ensure key deadlines are met.
• Assisting production manager in monitoring and controlling of production activities, personnel and process in the plant.
• Assisting to carry out planning production activities and analyse the market needs for various products of the company.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness of plant and premises.
• Assisting production manager’s schedule in preparation of planning and report.
• Assisting for manpower scheduling and control, etc.
