„X Study the build strategy/client specification/Contract and prepare Master Project Plan for the project. „X Participate in Build Strategy preparation at the initial stage and also during the course of Project. „X Ensures compliance with all corporate commercial practices and standards. Custodian of sound project management practices & procedures. „X Will be able to manage large teams and motivate them to achieve targets. „X Senior focal point for all customer contact including all customer requests, queries & concerns throughout contract life „X Ensure Project milestones and commercial controls are achieved by effective planning including logistics and execution. „X Coordinate with various parties involved in project in such a way that the overall risk of failure is eliminated. „X Determine and implement the exact needs of the Client as per Contract & Specification. Leads project team through a regular system of contract reviews to identify & manage risks, monitor operational performance against the agreed timescales, and instigates corrective action where appropriate. „X Identify risks at an early stage in the project thus avoiding delays in schedule. Periodic Project Reporting to Senior Management and Client. „X Close out documentation. Plan and implement continual improvement in safety, quality and productivity. „X Training subordinates in the tasks of Project Management. „X Any other suitable task related with Projects/ Department assigned by Department head.
