Actively support HR Strategy and Vision through accurate and proactive management of HR Administration. To manage HR services. Control, and develop the day to day administration ensuring an efficient service to clients and staff in the provision of services and personnel to international locations in support of POS’ client base. To train local employees in all aspects of day to day administration and HR services.

ESSENTIAL: Previous accounting, payroll, HR, and IT experience (5 years). The majority of the work will be financial and human resource based so an HND (or equivalent) qualification in business studies/office administration would be beneficial together with substantial practical experience in the above disciplines. Completer/Finisher. Reliably sees things through to the end, ironing out the wrinkles and ensuring everything works well. Organised and accurate, keen attention to detail. Equipped with process/quality improvement initiatives. Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. Working knowledge of Management Information systems for HR Familiarity with all aspects of working in an SME environment. DESIRABLE: Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws |
