Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain personnel database systems.
- Handle associate inquiries and questions pertaining to personnel policies and procedures.
- Administer ongoing reports and programs such as absenteeism, tuition reimbursement, service recognition, organization charts, etc.
- Handle administration of system and paperwork for associates hired, transferred or leaving the business.
- Handling Payroll to resolve pay issues and ensure proper paperwork is submitted.
- Enhance and implement policy and procedures ERM, IPPs, APPs
- Co-ordinate with Health Services associates related issues such as return to work, sick leave documentation, etc.
- Produce required reports in a timely, accurate and knowledgeable manner, in full conformance to legal and company requirements.
- Co-ordinate and manages the outside temporary agencies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Stay abreast of company polices and procedures.
- Responsible for personnel files, records, documentation
- Provide consulting support/action on HR related issues.
- Ensure that appropriate signatures are on request form, contacts agencies and explains our business needs, monitors billed hours and reconciles discrepancies on billing.
- Co-ordinate new-hire orientation.
- Responsible for ensuring all appropriate paperwork on new hire is submitted into payroll in a timely manner.
- Establish good working relationships with Departments, individual hiring managers, outside agencies and represents the department and the Company in a professional manner.
- Handle top confidential information.
| Profile | At least 3 years of working experience, international environment is preferred. Bachelor degree is preferred Should have an excellent knowledge of Saudi Labor Law & Passport Office and all government documentation. Excellent computer skills required, MS Office and internet SAP knowledge is a BIG PLUS. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task with a diverse workload Team player with pleasant personality, yet professional Excellent verbal & written communication skills is a must |
