The company provides turn-key business solutions using its bilingual ERP business applications which include: Financials Package, Manufacturing Package, Personnel Information Management Systems package and a Fixed assets Management Package. The turn-key solution includes the setup of the hardware and Network, installation of the Operating System and business applications software. The company also supports its products and has maintenance agreement with its customers. The company has been in business for over 22 years.

- Define and understand requirement specifications for software functionality. - Translate software requirements into software designs. - Implement code from the software design. - Create code modules appropriate to a design. - Modify software modules/programs created by others. - Capable of explaining concepts and teaching others. - Capable of effectively using the latest software design environments. - Can take the lead in the design of new modules/programs. - Can take the lead or assist in the analysis of requirements and user interfaces. - Define and design database applications.

Profile - 3+ Years experience with PowerBuilder 7 and above - 3+ Years experience with PowerDesigner or similar database design tool. - 3+ Years experience with SQL Server 2000 and above or Oracle or Sybase databases. - Working knowledge of building applications with ODBC and SQL - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Proven ability to conceptualize and develop efficient software designs. - Proven ability to work effectively in team environments. - Proven ability to mentor/lead other developers. - Ability to estimate time and effort needed to develop software. - Ability to use computer-based project management tools. - Responsibility for application analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation, as well as ongoing enhancements and production support. - Ability to collaborate with customers to understand requirements and produce technical specifications. - Ability to assist with training of Users on new or enhanced applications. - Ability to assist with User acceptance testing of new or enhanced applications. - Excellent ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, with management, clients, and technical personnel.
