Responsibilities
• Managing small teams of professionals who are working on the assigned engagements.
• Manage the deliverables prepared by the team for subsequent review by the engagement manager.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure the assigned engagements are conducted to an appropriate standard.
• Act as a team leader and be able to both motivate and develop the people in his or her teams.

1. Financial feasibility studies:
• Market research
• Financial modeling including P&L A/c, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statement, computation of NPV, IRR and payback period

2. Business Valuations
• Historical analysis
• Financial projections
• Cost of capital
• Valuation

3. Business Plans
• Vision
• Mission
• Strategy
• Critical risk factors
• SWOT
• Financial projections
• Key performance indicators


Profile • Relevant professional qualification : MBA (Finance) / CPA/ CA/ CFA, Post-graduate Degree in Business / Finance
• Five to Seven years relevant work experience and proven track record with reputed investment banks, consulting firms, large business groups, equity research firms and other financial services institutions.
• Experience of managing engagements to ensure high quality deliverables are produced on a timely basis and within budget.
Experience 5 - 7 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Commerce ( Commerce ) , PG - CA Inter ( Chartered Accountant , Chartered Accountant )
