Responsibilities
Responsibilities: To identify, review and implement appropriate changes in the business operations according to market trend from time to time. To provide the operational effectiveness to ensure continued growth of market share, revenue and to create visual presence in th market. Developing real estate, making plan for acquistion and promoting new ventures. To ensure growth in return on investments and maintain healthy cash flow and to work out financial and commercial feasibility for new projects. To identify the opportunity to invest in property in GCC countries and to make a business plan and to implement the same effectively. Develop yearly operating budgets and sales and marketing plans by maximizing the rental income and minimizing the expenses through effective planning and control. To provide monthly, quarterly financial statements to directors with a clear concise reports to substantiate the analysis. Provide training and motivation to the staff and to ensure that staffing schedules are consistent with the property needs. To maintain high level of customer relations to prospects. Source and research new real estate investment opportunities. To conduct market research and to obtain information on real estate development in the region. To undertake the property evaluation and to give proposal to buy and sell to the management. Any other duty as expected of the position or assigned from time to time.

Profile 10 to 12 years of highly successful real estate experience with at least five years similar experience in big real estate company in GCC. strong management skills in budgeting and strategic planning areas with a keen eye towards expense management and revenue generation. A positive attitude with strong customer service orientation and high energy level with flexibility for change approach / direction as the need arises. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills coupled with outstanding leadership qualities to lead and motivate diversified work force. Proactive, innovative, strategic planner with ability to work independently under great pressure. Age : 40 - 45 years. Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering with Diploma / Degree in Business Management. Diploma / Degree in Business Management with IT background will be an added advantage.
