Responsibilities 		To run a restaurant (Indian cuisine) and an industrial kitchen specializing in catering services, manage the staff, services, hygiene, revenue/profit, & general business management
 
Candidate Requirement
Profile Should be a graduate with at least 5 years experience in managing restaurants/hotels in UAE. Should communicate well, should have a valid UAE driving license. Should understand all operational processes in hotel industry
Experience 8 - 15 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelor of Hotel Management ( Hotel Management )
