Job Description/
Responsibilities 		Preliminary cost estimation, analysis and reporting for project acquisition · Tendering including sourcing, estimating and pricing for management briefing · Sub-contract awards, payments, V.O. and all the necessary correspondence that goes with it, evaluation, analysis and reporting on contractor tender sums received for adjudication and award · Gather information for quotations pricing submitted by contractors, checking the tender documents and help to resolve any doubts and discrepancies through the raising of tender clarification questions and the final price negotiation · Review and checking on the Cost Plan presented by Consultant · Prepare budget and cash flow by gathering information from Consultant · Update monthly payment certification report . Prefered Westerner
