Job Description/
Responsibilities
1. Formulate brand wise and consolidated sales and marketing strategy and plans for the
year in alignment with the company targets and objectives, for approval by the
Marketing Manager.
2. Monitor achievement of brand wise sales, profit and turnover objectives.
3. Prepare weekly/monthly report for the brands, with corrective actions, for review by the
Divisional Head.
4. Develop Brand advertising & Promotion strategy based on inputs provided by the team
and in consultation with the Marketing Manager present the same to Divisional Head.
5. Provide inputs to the Marketing Manager for preparing Creative brief and media plan to
the advertising agency.
6. Track and monitor the impact of the promotional campaigns on the brands.
7. Ensure assistance to the outlets in terms of product knowledge, promotion materials,
special campaigns, pricing, etc. in order to assist the outlets to meet sales targets.
8. Monitor brands display in the outlets, through random visits.
9. Monitor stocks of the brands, and arrange for re-distribution, based on the demand.
10. Provide guidance to the team in terms of product selection, product pricing in outlets,
re-ordering of stocks, etc.
11. Ensure brand discounts are as per policy and provide discounts as per authority limits.
12. Develop and maintain relationship with the suppliers and negotiate best prices and
supply terms.
13. Analyze market research and survey reports, and take corrective measures for the
brands.
14. Provide recommendations to the management in terms of branded products and
suppliers’ additions/consolidation, to ensure profitability objectives are achieved.
15. Ensure Training & development of team members & identify successors for this
position.
16. Conduct Performance Appraisal for team members following DAMAS standards
 
Candidate Requirement
Profile Have product knowledge, stock
management and marketing skills.
Excellent communication - English.
Knowledge of Arabic/ other foreign
languages preferable
Experience 4 - 6 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( Marketing )
