Job Description/
Responsibilities 		Roles and Responsibilities

o Manages and owns escalations on behalf of the Organization and works with Customer Representative
o PBX installations including setup, upgrades, configuration and programming
o Working knowledge of basic ACD’s on PBX platforms
o Problem resolution, analysis and break/fix of voice infrastructure issues
o Traffic analysis and capacity planning
o Interaction with Voice Projects Groups
o Preventative maintenance routines
o Manage and owns escalations for data/voice issues with supplementary Service Providers performing additional data/voice services.
o Liaison between Sites and Customer where no On-site manger resides.
o Assists in training for Telecom engineers
 
Candidate Requirement
Profile Minimum relevant experience required is 5 years

o Exposure & Good Knowledge on Nortel CS 1000 Platforms, Meridian PABX’s, callpilot, meridian mail, Nortel call Center Products, Conference Bridges, Call Billing etc
o Knowledge of LAN and voice communication system-support and administration.
o Experience in a large, high volume client environment.
o Level of technical support Skills & knowledge, in one or more support areas, to solve common and complex technical issues within established guidelines.
o Acts as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities & has the ability to handle most critical situations.

Preference will be given to those with a training or certification on CS 1000 , Meridian & associated
