Job Description/
Responsibilities 		Candidate will be required to manage a sales team, ensure that sales targets are achieved, maintain a high quality customer service and support the store staff in day-to-day operations.
 
Candidate Requirement
Profile Candidate with proven track record in ladies/childrens wear required. Candidate should have a good understanding of the buying process, good understanding of fashion trends, assortment planning and range building and product development, should also possess strong analytical skills and willingness to travel.
