Job Description/
Responsibilities
Establish HR Strategic plans for the company. Manage the manpower planning requirements. Formulate corporate standards, a process of talent identification and succession planning. Participate in selection, interviewing for management positions. Ensure that core competency levels are checked of all selected candidates. Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures. Establish a well driven HR culture at a corporate level. Initiate Career Development and Staff Training. Must know the principles of Job Analysis, Job Grading, Salary survey, Reward system, Grievance administration, Performance Management etc. Support and develop team members through direction and coaching. Understand company business objectives and support management to achieve its business goals.
 
Candidate Requirement
Profile Qualification: Relevant Degree or Diploma in HR

At least 6 years HR experience at management level, 2 of which at senior managerial level

Skills: Leader, Decision maker, planner and follow-up on organisational issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience 6 - 10 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Arts , Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
