PROJECT MANAGER (SENIOR LEVEL) #1


• Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil) or Construction Management
• Over 15 years in public works: roads, bridges, infrastructure
• Have held the position of PM on at least one Roads, Bridges, Infrastructure Project valued over $20M



PROJECT MANAGER (JUNIOR LEVEL) #2

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil) or Construction Management
• Over 8 years experience in similar position for roads, bridges, infrastructure projects
• Have held the position of PM on at least one Roads, Bridges or infrastructure Project valued $1OM-$20M



SITE ENGINEEER #2
• Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil)
• Minimum 5 years experience in roads, bridges & infrastructure projects.



TECHNICAL ENGINEEER #2

• Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil)
• Preparation of shop drawings, submittals, method statements
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position



CONTRACTS ADMINSITRATOR / QS #2

• Engineering degree with business administration qualifications,
• Contract Administrator with minimum 5 years experience
• Well versed knowledge in Contract conditions and their application.
• Knowledge in Quantity Surveying, Invoicing, and Quantity take offs from Drawings.



HSE ENGINEER #2


• Minimum 5 years in the construction field.
• HSE certifications from well renowned Institutes.
• Ability to share in developing, training, enforcing, and reporting as per HSE Plan.



QA/OC ENGINEER #2

• Minimum 5 years in the construction field , and as QAIQC Inspector.
• Knowledge of Quality plans and procedures is a must.
• Ability to share in developing, training, enforcing, and reporting as per Quality Plan.



COST CONTROL ENGINEER #2

• Minimum 5 years in the construction field, as Estimator or Cost Engineer.
• Ability to share in developing, training, enforcing, and producing Budgets and Cost reports.



PLANNER #2

• Minimum 5 years in the contracting field.
• Experience in the construction industry in the use of P3 is essential.
• Ability to independently develop, progress update and Cause and Effect documentation.



AUTOCAD ENGINEER #2

• Minimum 2 years in the construction field, as Draftsmen in Civil Projects.



WORSHOP ENGINEER #2

• Minimum 10 years in the Plant, Machinery and Vehicles Repair and Maintenance.
• Knowledge of Construction Equipment is a plus.
• Ability to manage, train, supervise, and report is required.



ACCOUNTANT #2

• Knowledge in Construction & Cost Accounting
• Good knowledge of computers, including word processing packages and spread sheets.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Having minimum 5 years experience in general bookkeeping and accounting in the contracting field.
