Oman Oil Company Exploration & Production LLC (OOCEP) is currently seeking to appoint an experienced G & G Advisor for new ventures.  Reporting to the New Ventures Manager the role will be based in Muscat - Sultanate of Oman.
To assist the Head of Supply Chain with the development and execution of the Project Supply Chain Strategy and the development and successful running of the Supply Chain Function (procurement, subcontracts, expediting, quality control/inspection, materials management and logistics).  This includes overseeing the planning, approvals, policies & procedures, compliance and reporting.
• Key aspects of the role will be to provide assistance to the Line Manager in managing his strategic and operational role effectively and to manage special projects & assignments.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-up on pending issues.
• Screen telephone calls, emails, enquiries and handle them when appropriate.
• Maintain appropriate office records and deal efficiently with paper flow.
The role holder will perform the duties of an advisor to the Corporate Security & Crisis Manager in all matters relating to Security & Crisis Management.  They will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and deputise for the Security & Crisis Manager in his absence. They will also be responsible for the direct coordination of all operational Security & Crisis Management across OOCEP operating assets and ensure that operational plans and procedures are implemented and maintained.
