• 3-5 years of experience and competence in basic mapping skills using one or more applications
• Competence in the use of OpenWorks (or similar subsurface database)
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and working experience in Ethics and Compliance and Code of Conduct.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that the Reward offer and performance management in each of the ME Region countries is compliant with local legislation, and is competitive in the market, to enable BP to attract and retain key talent.
2-Ensure back up plans for manual operations are available and carry out briefing for staff.
3-Identify, recommend and effect industry best practice improvements to systems, processes and structures to enhance the operational effectiveness.
